UPDATE: 6/19
Thank you for all your prayers! My dh tried to update while I was in the hospital but couldn't figure out how to log in. He was also dealing with lots of house-buying stuff, so it is nice to be having a Saturday morning when there are no phone calls about inspections AND we are all back together at home. 
James Christopher was born at 8:09 AM on 6/15 with an uneventful C-section. He weighed 7 lbs 14 oz... by far and away, my biggest baby!! He's done very well and my recovery this time has been a lot easier than last time... no adhesions, apparently. (And the surgical staff at this hospital was great... I always have so many problems with the spinal going in, but none this time!) The baby and I came home last night.
My mother, unfortunately, *did* get sick with our stomach virus while I was in the hospital  , but she seems to have gotten over it pretty quickly, and all the boys are finally well, too. The house stuff is still ongoing, but thankfully, my dh has been fielding almost ALL of that stuff (including all the stress), letting me focus on baby and recovery.
God has really been taking care of us. The weirdest thing was... when we finally got home last night (after some beaurocratic setbacks at the hospital, nothing to do with health)... my dh found some messages on his blackberry, which he had accidentally left at home. His immediate thought was, "Oh, no, what is going on with that house now?" What it turned out to be was... we won a raffle: 2 tickets on Southwest to anywhere and a rather large sum of money! He'd bought 2 tickets to be nice. 
We immediately started laughing, because stuff like that NEVER happens to us. With all this money stress and all the other stress my dh has been going through, it seemed like a message: God really is providing!!

 Congratulations! Sounds like happy news. Uneventful c/s is always wonderful! Take care of yourself, and enjoy the babymoon, even though you are going through some extreme changes!
