I may have broken the cycle: We're having... a girl??
I'm still getting used to the idea! And so are the boys. I haven't purchased any pink! (Although I've gotten some bags full of the color). My one and only purchase has been blue bibs with white and yellow daisies.
I'll be anxiously waiting to hear what #6 brings for you!

HOW EXCITING!!!!
Yes, waiting to see on your end, Suzanne. It would be a hoot for you to have that boy. You would indeed be living opposite lives.

GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
We're having a BOY!
Cycle is broken over here too!!!!! We're continuing our OPPOSITE TWIN status!!!!
God has such a great sense of humor to send my 49-year-old-husband a boy NOW!!!!!!!!! So much for teaching that child how to play LaCrosse and climb mountains!
And, the tech told us SO QUICKLY!!!!! Two minutes into it, she said, "Well, you've got the other variety this time!" It's so easy to see boy-status!!!@#$%#$%^%$%^& ....as opposed to waiting 45 minutes for them to say, "Well, we *think* it's a girl, but we're not completely sure."

Suzanne!
We just love having a boy after 4 girls. Of course *we* love the girls, but we ALL love the boy. His sisters are really devoted and love having someone "different" around.

To think it was so hard for us to believe we were having a girl after two boys. Congrats! (Now we're having a third boy.)

Congratulations!! That's hilarious!!! And I can't believe that we're still following opposite patterns!! Your girls will have so much fun with your little guy! Did they get to go with you or did you go home and tell them?

We have to go weekly for sonograms, so we were surprised to find out at 17 weeks. She was completely confident, but we have friends that have had gender wrong. And... sonogram dummies that we are, we were sure we saw boy parts. So we didn't tell anyone for a while -- until she confirmed it three times.

That's funny, as well. I was telling my family about the pregnancies at dinner and that is exactly what my husband said - "Sounds like this would be perfect for arranged marriages."

Congratulations!!! Little boys... a whole different world!
My brother has five older sisters; he is 6'4 and in the Air Force, so all our pink did not slow him down. I love having a brother... enjoy your SON!

You have got to stop burying important information in the middle of other threads!!!
It is funny how darn exciting this is and I've never even met either Maryan or Suzanne in person.
Cyber aunties indeed.
