Oh, that is so sweet you are asking....as I write, the big boys are admonishing Lily to “slow down, you are getting too wild!!" She is doing quite well, although she is on antibiotics for a slight infection along her pin sites, but it responded well to the meds, so another blessing!! The last week, she is sleeping a little better, very, very busy, and in to EVERYTHING! I cleaned up three huge messes of her doing yesterday, coffee grounds drug out of the trash.....torn up pancake “fed” to her animals that then got flung all over the kitchen......and a thrown bottle of her formula ready to go into her g-tube, cap busted and formula went everywhere.....oh....I was so exasperated and SO HAPPY to be so Isn’t it great to report Lily was a royal stinker yesterday???

edited to add....she gets her pins out Sept. 3rd!!!! Also, she goes in for a trial run to get her TRACH OUT.....on Sept 22nd.....and will probably be in the hospital through Sept 25th. IF all goes well...she will leave on my birthday with no trach. I am asking Padre Pio to interceded on his feast day for us, and then we can celebrate St. Therese’s Feast day trach free!!!!

WOW! Can you believe, dear friend, that the end of this is in sight?! This long, arduous road...this marathon of faith and fortitude...and I see the finish line for you!!!!!! <-- Tears of joy at God's goodness!
