I'm going to guess Fair Oaks because she's under the care of Tepeyac, but that wouldn't be the closest ER at all...
Will you research a bit Jen? Maybe they'd tell us if we called Tepeyac?

She's at Fair Oaks. I think she's still in the ER--the woman I spoke with tried to tell me without breaking any rules.Keep praying!

Here's the update from Jenn, as of this morning:
I'm at Fair Oaks hospital right now, doing well. Things were definitely pointing to an ectopic but they still couldn't locate anything on the ultrasound to make sure. Dr. A did a laparascopy surgery last night around 10:00. Good news: not ectopic, probably a miscarriage waiting to pass, but my cervix was closed at the time. They removed many adhesions, which were probably the main cause of pain, adn also a cyst. There might have been more, but I haven't talked to her this morning or last night. I opted to not have a D&C since this was such an early pregnancy, so I will have to wait to see when I pass the remains.
The other good news is that I have no endometriosis. i'm so glad to have found that out.

If it's a miscarriage waiting to pass why would her numbers have been going up? Never give up hope till there is none.
