Could I ask for prayers for my upcoming delivery? Today is my due date.  I usually go late (1-2 weeks), so I'm guessing I still have a little while left, which really isn't a problem for me--I feel great, thanks be to God, and I'm enjoying a little extra down time before Baby decides to make his arrival.
I really would like to go into labor naturally, though, rather than being induced at 42 weeks (the situation with my oldest), so sooner would be better than later in that case!
Also, I am really dreading having to leave my children while we're at the hospital. The only time my two 3yos have been left with anyone was when I gave birth to my youngest daughter, and my 14mo old has never been left at all. She is sweet and easy-going usually, but she is extremely anxious around "strangers" (including our extended family)--has been since she was an infant. I know she will not be too pleased to have my mother-in-law caring for her while we are gone. I'm confident the 3yos will be fine, but I really am worried about my little one.
And a smooth labor and delivery with a healthy baby at the end of it all would be wonderful, of course!

Thank you so much for the prayers! Xavier Thomas was born yesterday afternoon--very smooth delivery, very healthy baby, and I am feeling great. We're hoping to go home to our other children this afternoon. Our 14mo old seems to be doing okay with grandma, praise God.
