Praying for your family. We went through a very similar trial many years ago. Prayer and the sacraments were my lifeline. May God be with you and hold you tenderly in the Palm of His Merciful and Loving Hand.

Praying for you and your husband. Someone close to me sees a counselor on their own and finds extreme comfort and help. I will pray during my Rosary today regarding this situation...may the Good God give you comfort, may you feel His healing hand and His blessings upon your marriage.

This is amazing and wonderful! It is common practice for councelors to offer individual counceling prior to seeing a couple together in marriage counceling. May God bless your dh as he initiates reaching out for help and may you and your whole family be supported during this time of transition . More prayers coming...

I will pray. I am devastated for you. I don't have any advice but please, please, please seek support and counsel. Don't go through this alone, please! You are LOVED. Let us know what we can do, here, if anything. Praying for your healing and repentance for your husband, and of course, for your children.....

I am so sorry! I am praying daily for your healing and for that of your husband and all involved/affected. Turn yourself over to the Divine Mercy. He will give you the strength to walk whatever road He asks you to walk. I would suggest that you might seek counseling on your own if your dh is unwilling to have you go with him. You need support during this time too, no matter what the outcome is.

Still praying for you. No matter what lies ahead, may you draw ever nearer to our Lord as you travel this painful journey. He understands all that you are going through and desires only what is best for you and for your dear family. During our own difficult time the counsel of a priest was especially helpful to me. If you are not already aware of it, Retrouvaille is a Catholic source that helps troubled marriages. The fact that your husband is willing to seek counseling is positive. Praying, praying, praying for God's merciful healing and grace to cover your family. Pray! Hope! Trust! Hold Fast!
