I'm just ever so slowly coming out of PPD myself, not to mention the guilt from struggling with ppd, the entire family is so off when I'm off.

Getting outside in the fresh air and sun helps, clinging, (like a drowning woman I called it)to the sacraments and prayer.

I will be praying for you, God is close to the broken-hearted.
