Just seeing this now, Sarah. I agree with LisaR about the blood pressure. It was a probably a combination of things, stress, dehydration and low blood pressure. It is not uncommon to faint when standing up quickly from a relaxed state.

Just give yourself some extra TLC and try not to worry. I come from a long line of fainters, and I have fainted a couple of times in my life. Scary and embarrassing, but nothing serious.

STRESS? Who's stressed?!?!

Thanks for your prayers, everyone. The cough/congestion is being passed through the kids, but I seem to be hangin' in okay. No more fainting episodes, but I'm drinking a lot more water and I'm getting up, um... slower.
