No, Joann! What a brave and truly humble woman you are to come and ask for prayers for your family and lay yourself bare with such trust. I hope you are rewarded for this. I know you will be....
But now, in this time, it is hard. You are chosen to suffer by and for the Lord....it. is. hard. I hold you in prayer and am proud to be able to know you, and keep you in my heart and prayers. Would you please pray for us, too? We are in this together!

I can't bring over a warm meal or distract any young ones for you while you get some rest, but I CAN and will pray!

Praying, Joann. I feel so badly for you! It is so hard when everyone is sick at once. I wonder about the ear infections. We recently had RSV and everyone was crying about their ears. Apparantly, this is one of the things that goes along with that virus which is really going around right now. Maybe you all have that? (Not a big deal with older kids. Just dangerous for the littlest ones from what I understand.) I hope they all feel better soon. The doc phoned in a prescription for me for drops to put in their ears to help with pain. Perhaps that would help? I know my old doc recommended warm olive oil for ear pain. (Just a drop or two.) I also think you can get something OTC. Just a thought if it is really bothering them.
