would you please offer a little prayer for my dh tonight and tomorrow? He is having some worrisome symptoms and is heading to the doctor tomorrow. Ladies, I am just so tired of living in constant fear and anxiety about the next horrible thing to happen to us. I am finding trust and surrender so difficult. When he told me he thought he should go to the doc tomorrow, instead of being strong and supportive, I just crumbled in a heap.

Get a focal point.....a picture of Our Lady out...I think Our Lady of Guadalupe is the best, her words are so comforting. GO back to that picture every time you feel the panic... Keep repeating Jesus’s name over and over....
