Thank you sweet ladies. Thank you Amy, Celeste, Nancy, wifemommy, Stacy, Jennifer, Diana, Willa, Lara, Nancy, Jennifer, Maddie, Christine, Jody, Stef, Carole, Mari, Melinda, Janette, Mimi.....and anyone else who is praying for us.
There really are no words for how much comfort it brings me to know you are all praying for me and my family. I will let you know if we have any news. (For now, there is at least one good thing....we had a huge payment due today and we were able to get the bank to understand and defer the payment. That is a big relief.) I am so so grateful to all of you, AS USUAL.
Please do, if you are able, continue to pray for our family. We do have other intentions that press on our hearts ---- coming from other sources. We have a special family intention that seems intractable, with times of crushing, suffocating waves, and the sorrow has been so great. If you had prophesied it's forecoming to me even 5 years ago today, I would have said, THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY. I know it is sheer grace that carries me through and is billowing me, or I would have sunk by now. (Sorry for all of the analogies. Sometimes that is the only way I can find to express myself when I am having difficulty confronting the painful reality of something, and communicating it. Oh well, c'est moi.....)
There are so many people and intentions to pray for. Every little bit of energy for prayer and good works "costs" and it is a beautiful free choice for you to make......so I do not discount ANY prayer offered on our behalf, any kindness given, any amount of love. And I want you to know I pray for you, friends. THANK YOU.
I did have a nice day with my two older sons seeing a very escapist film that made me forget all troubles for a good while (Avatar)--- and it was nice to have that Epiphany memory before my one son returns to college in a few days. So, God is good. Happy Epiphany, everyone!

Thank you again Jody, thank you Angie (interesting thread----I'm a total escapist gal), Molly, drmommy, Caroline, and Ruth! Thank you so so much for praying. We're hanging in there....
I did get a message today from the Clinic saying they had "moved" our appointment to February for the kids. SO, at least we won't be starting any more treatments or knowing any news until February. Hope that's a good harbinger.
My dh's mood has been good. Thank you again for asking God to have mercy on him.

Thank you, again, everyone for your prayers. My husband is able to keep working at his present employment for now. He is actively pursuing and praying about other options. We got quite a blow in his not receiving a "bonus" that we were expecting and relying upon, as well. He so justly deserves it, but you are all familiar, I'm sure, on some level, with the current refrain of..."oh well, it can't be helped..... it's this economy".
Ah..... So, we are not feeling secure and stable; but things could be a lot worse and his mood is steady and focused----- on hopeful things, and the goodness of God (which I attribute to your prayers and God's mercy)!
