She delivered a healthy baby girl yesterday afternoon, they are both doing well!

UPDATE:
THANK YOU all for your prayers!! They worked! 
Mary Catherine weighed 8 lb. 3 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. (I don't know how big she is now, but the newborn clothes are starting to get a little too short.) We are totally and completely in love with her...
The c-section was fine, but I'm not in a hurry to get another spinal anytime soon. 
My blood pressure went up after delivery, so I'm on bp meds until it calms down -- which took about a year after Maggie was born. Other than that, recovery has been much better than expected.
Thank you all again for your prayers. They were/are a great comfort to us!
