This is not nearly as inspiring as what most of you have written--but after much thought, I've decided my word is JOB.

I realized over Christmas that when I've had paid employment, I've been a very hardworking, conscientious employee--but I don't approach homeschooling or homemaking with the same work ethic.

So, I keep goosing myself when I am taking it too easy by looking around and thinking, "This is your JOB."
