We went to England on our honeymoon, but would love to go back and see more. Let's see...Poland, Russia, Rome, Austria, and Germany (hubby speaks German too, so no language barrier there!). My sister lived in Europe for a few years with Belgium being the home base. She LOVED Germany and Belgium. She said Germany was so clean, but not too kid friendly. Couldn't remember why.
Would love to go to Tennessee, as we have properties there, and hubby tells me it is beautiful and the people are really nice. Maybe we will retire there!

My dh and I met in London, traveled back for our honeymoon, and now, twenty-two year later, we live in Wales! But then, I was an English Literature major in college, so I have always had a desire to live in England (lol).
I would have a hard time choosing. There are so many things to see all over the world. My oldest ds has wheels in his head and wants to visit a new place almost weekly!
I wanted to visit in Europe so much when we lived in the States. And I still love that. I would love to travel more in Italy, France, and of course, Spain and Portugal. I also loved Greece and want to take our dc there as well.
Now that we live here, I sometimes long to visit places in the States. We have had wonderful visits along the east coast, the mid-west, and the southwest. I would love to take the dc to the west coast--just drive along the coastline from Washington to Southern California. My dd and I visited Chicago, and I would love to go back and visit again. Just so many great places to go in America.
Maybe my son got the wheels in his head from me?

Hawaii - pronounced "HA-WA-EE" Did you know that? I just found that out!
And Alaska - heard the people there are extremely friendly!

How were you pronouncing it?

Yes, they are! At least that is what we've always found.

I have been to several places, but I'd most like to go to Italy. And I would love to go back to England with my boys when they are older. England is high on DH's priority list for travel. He's a bit jealous that I've already been. :)

I clicked on this thread hoping that lots of people would put Britain on their wishlist, and I wasn't disappointed . It *is* nice to be here!
I'd love to visit Rome again -- dh has promised it won't be too long. I've been to Sicily but would love to go back. Also Sardinia... and Corsica... and the Greek islands (I've got a thing about islands!)... And Iceland... and Ireland (I've never been, though it's just over the water!)... and Spain... and Portugal... South America... plenty to choose from!
