What a beautiful prayer request in your update, Gloria. I am praying for all of your financial and spiritual needs. May the Holy Spirit help and may the children all find joy in their Christmas with you all and the Baby Jesus. I need to pray that prayer for us as well.

Praying!!!
I remember one year I was so, so sick on the day of our Christmas program, and I was very sad. (I was maybe 8.) I have always remembered the special night we spent at home in the candle-lit living room around the tree, just sharing family time...somehow the worst Christmas ever became totally memorable.
I hope you will find ways to share a loving, family Christmas and pray fervently that better times will come very, very soon.
