I've got you covered my dear friend!!! Bringing all your intentions and thoughts of sweet Lily to Mass tomorrow!
 to you mama! God will make clear the way with the weather! I know that He will! Whatever happens - blizzard or no - it will be because He directs it for Lily's good. I know this! Why else would Our Lady have worked so hard for this surgery to land on her Solemnity if not so that she could tenderly shelter this surgery on this day under the mantle of her Immaculate Conception!
O Mary, conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee, and especially for Lily, her surgeon and medical team, and her dear family!

Hi all.
I just heard from 4 lads mom.
Lily's surgery has been postponed AGAIN!!!!!!! Two emergencies bumped Lily. Rather than going home and rescheduling, they've opted to wait until later tonight.
Surgery will be at 7 or 8 ET tonight. Keep praying gals! I'll update as soon as I hear from Lily's mom tonight!

Oh Boy....we are still waiting. I am trying to keep this in perspective, knowing that the reason why Lily got bumped until later tonight is because there is a child going through an emergency organ transplant, and another came through the ER needing surgery immediately. Pray for them as well.....we are hanging out in a patient resource center, getting movies for the next few hours. They don't anticipate Lily going back for several hours.
God is in charge..I'm on a need to know basis with Him...and I am going to trust this is all for the better. (that doesn't mean I am perfectly tranquil   ) I am going to call dear Jen later tonight and update.
You all are the best...
