OOhhhhh...I have been there. Please know that this overwhelming feeling will pass and it will not continue on forever.

Relax and do something just for yourself: a warm bath, a walk outside or maybe an interesting book.

Also, I was in a similar situation with baby clothes that were in storage before one of my little ones was born. I found that it relieved my stress immensely to have a few essential baby things on hand so I borrowed from a friend and stopped at a thrift store. My newborn clothes and supplies were in storage and I couldn't retrieve them as quickly as I wanted to so borrowing the stuff really helped until I could get my own things again.

It was amazing how much relief it brought me just knowing that I was prepared (with the essentials) for this new baby. I had been entertaining thoughts that my husband didn't care so much about this baby's birth because he didn't go to the storage and try to find the missing box. He kept saying we had weeks before it would be needed. So instead of stressing about in any further, I borrowed a few things and it helped tremendously.
