Update:
Hello everyone, thank you for your prayers. My SIL still had some hemorrhaging this weekend, but as of last night and today is doing better and has been removed from intensive care. She is still in the hospital and having a lot of pain from the emergency hysterectomy and organ damage. It looks like they will be moving the baby into the room with her, which has made her very happy.
Yesterday she revealed to my brother that although they thought she was unconscious when she received the last rights, she actually heard the priest and then realized that she was in danger of dying. She said she immediately began to pray the Confeteor and to say the prayer for a spiritual communion until she lost consciousness.

I'm so happy to read this update, and so relieved that your SIL seems to be out of danger and that the baby will be/is already in the room with her.
I will continue my prayers. So much happened so fast. It will take time to untangle all of these thoughts and prayers.

Two baby twins with Down's, as well, who need her. Wow. She is a woman of valor for sure....famous, a celebrity! in heaven, I'm sure, and we need to keep praying for this family!

Hi! Thank you everyone for your prayers! My sister-in-law and the baby were sent home from the hospital two days ago. The doctor said it would take about 6 months for recuperation, but we are all just grateful for everyone's prayers and that Our Lord let her live. The children are happy to have her and their new baby brother home.
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank all of you for your prayers. If I don't ever meet any of you in person, I would hope to meet you all in Heaven some day and give you a big hug of thanks!!!!
