FINALLY SOME RELIEF!
Your prayers worked, as the entire thing only lasted a few minutes. The magistrate made the county dismiss the case once he realized that their calculations about parenting time were incorrect.
Even though this was/is serious, there was a very funny (to us) moment during court. The magistrate asked the county attorney and the support worker twice if they agreed with his assessment of the case, and they kept looking at him not answering. He finally said "Well?" and he sounded just like Judge Smails (Ted Knight's character) in Caddyshack. I had to bite my tongue to keep from laughing. My husband started coughing so he wouldn't laugh.
On our drive home I kept replaying everything that happened. I was (and am) so happy about the outcome, but I realized that I was gloating.  Not good.
So, thanks for all the prayers, and a few extra ones to change my attitude.
