I am anxious. We are checking on the status of the blood clot - praying it has healed - or is at least much smaller. I am also nervous because the baby measured so far behind last time and the more I look at my calendar, the less I can figure out how that is possible. I have no further bleeding or spotting, all normal pregnancy symptoms, nothing external to be alarmed about. One of my dearest friends found out that her baby passed at 7 weeks just last week. I was with her when she found out and it just keeps playing over in my head.

Anyway, we should see our baby and his or her little heart beating, and please pray with me that the hematoma is GONE! And, of course ultimately, that God's will be done and I embrace that.

and a tiny little p.s. - that I don't wet myself on the table!!
