Hi everyone. Sorry I have been so quiet lately, but news isn't good. I've been taking alot of time out for prayer and with my family.
On the 17th of November my gynecologist did a biopsy. You know a GYN exam isn't going to end well when the doc takes a look and goes "Oh boy..."
The results of the biopsy confirmed my fears...it's cancer. I'll be receiving a call either tomorrow or early next week with a date for surgery. I won't know until then if I'll need treatments following that (either radiation or chemo), once they see the condition of things.
Please, if you have the time, say a quick one for us.

Steph I am so sorry for your diagnosis! Many prayers coming your way for sure. I was just speaking of you just yesterday to my dh about your crazy time a the dr's. You are on mind and will stay there now!
I can't even imagine your anxiety right now. 
I'm praying for your health and your peace of mind, heart and home too!

Oh Steph
Sometimes it just feels like it all lands on top of us at once, doesn't it? Allow yourself a little bit of time to process this unsettling news. Assure yourself over and over again that God is in control here, gently guiding and allowing all to work in accord with His plan. Place yourself in His arms, ask Our Lady to walk with you to that place of peace and stay right there.
I will pray first of all that the surgery will be successful and that any treatment, if needed, will speed healing to you. I'll also pray for all the practicals that need to be worked out in this situation. I love seeking the recourse and intercession of St. Anne when practical help is needed. May she work with her prayers to ensure that all is smooth and works together to cooperate with God's plan.
