Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Suzanne, I'm inspired! However, wouldn't it be even easier if you worked out how much of the season to add to the can of pumpkin before you made your dollops? Then, all you have to do is add your milk and coffe. Or would that bee too easy, thus, too tempting

Ooo, that looks so good, Jennifer! My current favorite is this organic Yogi Tahitian Vanilla Hazelnut I love spicy teas! Dh isn't a fan of my favorite; so, I might have to order some of yours and see if he likes it better.

I remember having a conversation with my mom about this two years ago, and I can't remember WHY I decided not to do it! Maybe the seasoning wouldn't be as strong once it's frozen? Not sure, but now, I want to do it.....

ok, so I roasted two pie pumpkins, made two pies, and had some leftover. I pureed the pumpkin in the food processor, but apparently, it is not so fine as the canned stuff. I made a latte, and I had to chew. The taste was okay, but getting past the texture was rough.

So, a word to the wise. Use canned pumpkin to make your latte and don't try to be all Martha Stewart on this one.
