That's what we did. My son pulled out his States puzzles, looking at the shapes of the particular states it was discussing. Gotta be hands on!

We've been DVR'ing (can I use that as a verb?? ) as well!!!

We are using a blank map of the US states from Uncle Josh's that the kids are using to illustrate and detail as they view episodes. Hope they cover all 50 states!!!!! I have a kiddo that will NOT BE HAPPY if there are states that aren't covered in the series!

My guess is that they will cover each state and they could cover them multiple times. Having focused on water this time that only affected some borders of the featured states, but other borders of the same state are influenced by other factors - for instance war, politcal move, personal influence, slavery, etc.
