Hi Moms~

Can you please say a quick prayer for my husband today? He has an interview for a promotion at 12pm Eastern Time.

This would be really good for him and our family...we have had serious neighbor issues in the last couple years...and for the safety of our family, we need to get out of here...this promotion, though not an immediate cure-all, would help us do that.

My husband said the interview went well. It went longer than expected--so we hope this is a good sign?

thank you for the prayers...still haven't heard.

My husband slept well and even went to bed early--me, on the otherhand, did not sleep well at all. I know he is on pins and needles today. PLEASE KEEP THE PRAYERS COMING.

For me,I need to constantly say, "Jesus, I Trust In You," because if this doesn't turn out the way we want, I am seriously going to need to do a lot of trusting.

As I stated in my original post, this is more than just a promotion for my husband...we really do need to get out of this neighborhood. It's too bad, as the neighborhood itself is very nice...but you throw in one really bad neighbor and a bunch of illegal activity...and the neighborhood is crawling with people you would not want around...ever. I get concerned for my children and myself because no one else is around during the day...except for us and "the" neighbors...and their "guests." This whole situation has really made me question civic law at all...but I digress.

Pray that we have peace, please...and ask your guardian angels to perhaps speak with the guardian angels of those who are making the decision.

On this Feast Day, I beg our Lady to put under her mantle and show us the way...

Now I need to bathe the children and go to "Children's Adoration/Holy Hour"---such a blessing.

Holy Hour was great--my 4yo led a decade of the Rosary (so proud of her!), and the lady who leads the Children's Adoration brought in a big basket of flowers for the children to give to our Lord and Lady in procession.

Still awaiting the news of if my husband received the promotion or not.
