Oh Michaela...I was just reading through my email so I knew which intentions to bring to Our Lady for the Rosary tonight and I read yours and had to come by! I'm overjoyed! "Thanks be to God" almost seems insufficient! She is with child! I am rejoicing and full of thanksgiving for the graces poured out on your niece!
I will continue to pray for your niece and this baby! May Our Lady shelter them under her mantle! Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for them!

Final Update 3/26
My neice had her baby today.  Such an amazing journey and it has actually passed so fast.
She was induced yesterday at 8am (baby was due 9 days ago)and had the baby at 1pm today.
She named her Eva Maria (named after my mom and Aunt) weighed over 9lbs.
Just wanted to share.....SHE'S HERE.
