Many thanks for all the prayer coverage. Tonight he is doing better, they have brought in an "infection specialist" who seems to be capable. She has seriously increased his dosage, and he looks MUCH better. If all goes well he can stay put in the current hospital, the plan is 3 more days on this level of antibiotic. If not he will be taken to Pittsburgh for further treatment. The cultures will return in the AM, that should give us a better idea of what exactly he has.
His fever has subsided and his mood is great.
I am very thankful for the prayers and concern,it has been a scary couple of days.

I am so relieved to read your latest update! I can only imagine your great relief!
My prayers continue that the medical team, labs, and support personnel will be able to offer excellent medical care and that this infection will subside completely!
