I fractured my nose tonight and just got back from the hospital.

Hi Families,
I just got back from getting my sutures out and the doc was VERY impressed with the healing. 
I attribute it to God and all of your prayers.
As far as fractured noses go, there was no misalignment of the bone and the doc doesn't even think I'll have a scar.

i did this once. ran into the back of someone's head during an indoor soccer game and bled all over the place. it looked like the bridge of my nose came down between my eyes, took a 90 degree turn to one side, then an immediate 90 degree turn back south again -- was rather amusing to look at.
outpatient surgery set me straight again, and i'm glad to hear that you are on the road to recovery, too.

I wish I would have received my injury from something more exotic like indoor soccer! But alas, it was because the board of a top bunk fell on me... !
At least it was me and not one of the children...PRAISE BE TO GOD for that!
