Praying that God will restore your sense of peace...
and that St. Anthony will find a replacement bike for your ds. How mean- stealing a kid's bike!
Put up a beware of dog sign- whose to know if you have a dog or not? It might make anyone else think twice.
Asking for St. Michael's help for you all...

Saw this earlier but couldn't respond. We are praying for all of you, Marilyn!  to your ds, the poor guy. I hope you find a good one on Craigslist soon (that's where we found my 13-yo's bike -- his birthday present! for about 60% the original price, and it was hardly used  )

I agree with others, it is probably just random. Someone probably even drove into your neighborhood.

Praying for you Marilyn. It so disconcerting when something like this happens. Don't let you know who steal your peace. It's probably a one off thing but I'm always on the alert here in Sydney. You can never be too careful. God Bless you.

I'm sorry, Marilyn. A few years ago we had a scooter stolen from our garage (which we always left open because we live in a quiet neighborhood). For months I was in denial and thought we must have misplaced it (which I knew wasn't true). I am sure that it was some kid that stole your son's bike.
My 8yo is very worried about robbers breaking in right now. I tell him that he has nothing to worry about (which I believe). I will remember you in my prayers as I pray for my son's peace.
