Things are better, Tami. Thank you!
Still agonizing over dh's contract. Dd is having problems at work...she came back from Europe to a beehive of women workers.  The drama! The office politics!  
Please add her to your prayers. She's applying at doctor office's right now and she had such a perfect job for her college years but I can't bear to see her facing that kind of malicious drama everyday.
Anyway, grandmother is much better and dh and were able to talk about some things and I'm still  in the mist of rearranging and decluttering the house.
Things are good. 
Thanks for being there for me.

Cay, this may sound weird, but I find that sometimes a lot of decluttering stirs up old thoughts, emotions in me ... things to "process". I think it's all a good thing, but it can be difficult! Only mentioning it because I find I can deal with emotions better when I know why and when they are appearing (like when weaning, etc) than when I'm blindsided.
Sorry to be kind of "out there" LOL
I'm glad you're doing a bit better.

Cay,
I've been holding you close in my thoughts and prayers the last few days!
How is Mark? I pray it wasn't anything big?
I know that anxiety of contract negotiations well - will they extend the contract? Will there be a contract through the end of the year?
May we both seek and embrace the example of Our Lady on the Flight into Egypt, who with great faith offered obedience and trust. As long as we keep the Divine Child close to our hearts just as Mary kept the Precious Infant held close to hers on that long, arduous flight, we will be fine!
I pray today finds you with renewed trust and peace for the road ahead.
