I don't post here much but do read many of your blogs and recognize names, and I know you are great prayer warriors!
My husband has been out of work for almost 4 months. He has a little part-time job, but really needs something permanent soon. His experience is in construction management and warehousing, but many of those companies are on hiring freezes.
We've applied for dozens upon dozens of positions and he has yet to get an interview. But finally he has gotten a phone interview tomorrow morning with an oil and gas company! Praise God! I've also applied for a virtual teaching position that I could to from home and am waiting to see if I get to step #3 with that and if I can renew my teaching certificate without too much hassle.
I know many others are in this situation right now and it is such a challenging time for families in this country. We've also been dealing with health issues, and the job loss on top of it is just a lot to bear.
Thank you for your prayers especially tomorrow (Tues) morning around 9-10am Central for a successful phone interview!
EDIT--He got a 2nd phone interview, tomorrow (Weds) morning at 8:30...please keep the prayers coming!
EDIT 2--Job is a no-go, required an engineering degree. But he just took a math test for another job and will find out tomorrow if he gets an interview. Keep the prayers coming, thank you!
EDIT 3--He already got the call for an interview tomorrow (Thurs) at 1pm. Yay!
EDIT 4--I added an update below. The interview went well; he'll find out tomorrow (Fri) if he gets an offer. He also got another call today for an interview tomorrow at 1:30 for a different position that might be a great match for him! Praise God for all these interviews after 4 months of nothing!
EDIT 5--He didn't get any offers from last week, but this week he has made the 3rd and final interview for a wonderful position. It will probably be either today or tomorrow. Please keep us in prayer! (actually just found out it will be next Thursday, so a bit of a wait)

Thank you so much for all the prayers! They means a lot to me. Please keep them coming!
He got a 2nd phone interview which will be tomorrow morning at 8:30 CST. I really hope this works out and will try to update tomorrow!
We really need the job to fall into place in the next few weeks, especially as we face some insurance issues and need coverage for the baby who will likely need open heart surgery early next year (he has an ASD).
