My sister is about to go into another MRI and surgery.

She will be in surgery from about 9 am until about 1 or 2 pm. They are going to remove as much of the cancerous tumor as they can.

I am so thankful that I have you all to ask for prayers. Thank you for all you have prayed and please keep Frances in your prayers, especially today.

Hi all,
Thanks so much for your prayers. My sister's surgery was as successful as could be expected. All visible portions of the tumor were removed (it was as big as a tangerine!) and she is recovering in ICU tonight. Please pray that her speech deficits and pain go away quickly as she is miserable and frustrated. We don't believe that her speech problems (she has a hard time finding the word she needs + says some nonsense phrases) are anything permanent, but she is scared (and very tired).
