Oh, Theresa, I am praying for you and your friends as you journey through all of this. I am sure it must be very difficult but the Holy Spirit will give you what you need when you ask.

Oh, Theresa! My heart goes out to you! I experienced the same thing during my conversion journey a few years ago. Yes, it is very painful and so hard. I lost a lot of sleep during that time. I'll just echo what some others say and tell you that it was SO worth it. I have never regretted entering the Church and although my friends still don't understand, they do admit that they see my joy.
