Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We had lamb chops, couscous, and a cucumber/tomato salad. Yum!

Jodie, Penzeys sells excellent taco seasoning (regular, bold, chicken...) in bulk. I highly recommend all their products.

Erin - I am so with you!!! Hot weather means that I want someone else to cook, every single day. It takes a lot of creativity to survive a hot, humid southern summer and still eat decently.

It was cloudy here, so we had hot (spicy) Polish bison sausage on whole wheat buns, baked beans, corn and my favorite Trader Joe's veggie medley (green beans, wax beans and carrots) - quick and easy after our late dance class.

I love "normal" Polish sausage, but this was SO hot!!!! DH loved it, though. He's taking leftovers to work tomorrow.

At the last minute, Garrett pulled out some boneless, skinless chickn and fried us up some chicken tenders and french fries. Bless him!

Do share -what are Diane burgers?

They're really easy.

Patty up your LEAN ground beef. Cook 1/4 c green onions in 2 T butter. Add and brown your patties. Add 2 T chives, salt and pepper and 1-2 T of worcester sauce--or whatever it is that's called! Cook through.
