For those who are sold on T-Tapp from this topic or some other means...

Would you benefit from the accountability and encouragement of a T-Tapp buddy? A buddy says things like, "I did T-Tapp today, did you?", "Of course you can squeeze it in somewhere, want to brainstorm?", "Do you remember how you felt when you weren't doing T-Tapp?", "Didn't you say you wanted to do this every other day?", "If you really can't do the full 15 minutes, just do the morning and evening stretch until you can," "Yes you can!" A buddy will also crack silly jokes and allow a bit of whining and complaining...as long as the work gets done .

I currently need a T-Tapp buddy - or better yet - buddies. This topic can act as our daily accountability and encouragement through email notifications. We can sign up during times of need and sign off when we are meeting our T-Tapp goals with relative ease. Any one interested?

OK, my plan is to T-Tapp M-W-F and Sat. I didn't do the morning or bedtime stretch yesterday and am feeling stiff today - SO - everyday I need to stretch in the morning and at bedtime. I might have to do a 2 week boot camp again, but am trying to avoid that .

I'm off to T-Tapp now. How are you doing, Marie? How are you doing - you know who you are ?

I started again this morning! Yeah! And I did it because I wrote something on here and knew you would ask :) I'm going to be trying to do it similar to you - the BWO on M-W-F and once on the weekend - I'm trying to walk on the alternate mornings too. Good job, Marie! Isn't it funny...I'm so glad this is working for us , Marie . I'm doing the 15 minute basic plus. In the past I have done the 1 hr total...but don't see me plugging that into my routine any time soon, but I do like it alot.

I'm going to go over to the original T-Tapp topic here and post a request for more recruits! Now if I can just remember to stretch before I fall asleep tonight...

I did and I remembered this morning to stretch...I used to stretch in the morning after I'd walked around a bit, now I'm stretching before I leave my bedroom just to make sure it gets done. I was a little stiff but I'll call it all good enough.

If you haven't done your T-Tapp yet, ladies...now would be a good time...don't have 15 minutes? then just do the Primary Back stretch .

What stretching do you do in the morning? Just thinking that would be a good idea. I'd love to eventually fit in the total workout - I've tried about half of it. But right now with all the littles, 15 min feels manageable. I'll admit, I'd been hoping to lose weight/inches doing it and did it most days for almost 3 weeks and nothing happened. I think my motivation wasn't in the right place and I'm trying to focus on doing it for energy and health not a look or a number on the scale.

Today was my off day but I did get my walk/run in. I love early mornings in the summertime!

Theresa Tapp calls it the Primary Back Stretch. It's all the stretching you do to start the basic work our up until you get to the Plies. Does that make sense, Marie? I believe I read in her book that she will go weeks without doing a full routine but that she always does the Primary Back Stretch when she gets up in the morning and before she goes to bed. I've remembered to do it last night and this morning. I'll do the 15 minutes later today .

I was hoping you meant the back stretch. I quite like it and did it often (and nothing else) during my last pregnancy. It sounds like a great way to start and end the day. I'll have to try it! Good for you doing it for a few days now!

After getting off to a GREAT start for a month, I stopped quite suddenly (illness, etc.). After not doing it for about 2 weeks I realized just how lousy I was feeling! Honestly, besides stiffness in the mornings, I was starting to get headaches/backaches (related to things being out of alignment), experience tiredness in the afternoons, and I wasn't sleeping well at night.

While it would be great to firm up these old muscles, I really, really like the other benefits, esp. sleeping better at night!

OK, so my "inner tube" bugs the heck outta me, so I'm working on that w/the DVD from the book. I'd like to get back to at least the BWO 3x/week, and I really should try the primary back stretch daily. I did BWO+/flat tummy yesterday, nothing today.

Valerie--neck-deep in tournament season, Cooperstown-bound in a week!

Phew...I managed to squeeze it in today. I'm finally start to feel stronger and more aware of my posture throughout the day. It's amazing how when life gets heavy, my shoulders roll forward as if I'm carrying a weight on them. I'm glad for the relief right now .
