BUT I'm much improved and turned a good corner with this, I hit the elderberry tincture I had made months prior, every two hours in small doses, it made an enormous difference by the end of the day. Being a virus, my herbalist told me afterwards that it replicates itself every few hours, so the small, continual hammering at it was best.
