There is an update on Elizabeth D.'s blog - Typing in the hospital. Now, the grueling wait for pathology reports. I know that wait. Pray for Elizabeth's peace, and for her recovery. She underwent multiple procedures at once.

I'm sorry I've been so late in updating. Thanks, Jen, for keeping people posted.
She has been typing a bit. She's extremely tired and in a great deal of pain. She's also very sad. The loss of her womb is devastating, even though to many in the medical world it seems so insignificant in light of the cancer.So, she's not getting a whole lot of empathy in the hospital in that regard. I know you moms understand--please pray especially for her consolation in this regard.
The wait for pathology looms long. Going into surgery, they thought that the lump was a node. It didn't "light up" with the other nodes, so they know it's some other mass. All the nodes were negative. Not so sure about the mass. She's had a mass appear before (in the other side) and it turned up to be benign, so I'm hanging on to that hope. I promise to let you know if I hear anything.
