Thank you for your continued prayers. I am completely humbled. Not a lot of movement today. I prayed my Rosary this am while listening to girls giggling in my room and the piano in the classroom. Being selfish, I Begged Our Lady to let me feel something. I am so very grateful for the five children I have here in my care, but I still long for this little one to be in my care. It is so hard as a mother to let go and and Let His will be done, but I know I must let go and trust.
I "think" I felt a small "something" but I am too scared to go in and ask to hear the heartbeat. Realistically, I know if I don't feel anything several days, I'll go in. My Dr has told me to call him. I keep hoping maybe he is just turned towards the placenta.. I'll go in by Friday if I don't feel anything more. Thank you so very much for praying.

Our Lord is stretching your faith and gently pulling you closer to Him through these moments, Emily. Cling to that! He pulls you closer out of His immense love. Stay right there. As long as you are clinging to this Cross, Our Lord's great love will cover everything and provide you with every grace you need at the moment you need it.
I'm going to suggest something a little different from the standard Coke, super-sugar catalyst to get the baby to move. Can you take Matthew to the Blessed Sacrament today? Time spent in front of Our Lord can do nothing but offer a healing balm to you and to Matthew - whether that be spiritual or physical. I know Our Lord will not fail to be generous to so faithful a daughter and will shower you with every Mercy and Grace. May His presence draw little Matthew to dance within you so that you may feel the sweet consolation of his movement.
You and Matthew are in my constant thoughts and prayers, Emily. When you are unable to think of the words...know that your sisters in Christ are able, and are praying for you.

Thank you all so much for your continued prayers. Little fella wiggled a bunch last night.. after much tears.... and Jen, you are so right, we've been dashing into the Blessed Sacrament Chapel regularly to let Matthew be in the presence of his Maker. One day at a time. I pray for God's Mercy on his heart and he is healed ( In His most Holy Will) I'll let you know when I get that appt with the Ped. cardiologist.
Without your prayers, I think I would be a blooming mess. Thank you for holding me up.
