I got to the appt and they weighed me and I'd lost another 8lbs... Instantly I was nervous so then my blood pressure came back high.. This happened before when I went in for the 18week appt and had lost 5lbs.. and lost the baby, so now I was thinking, 8lbs! ( the girl side of me is tickled... but realistically I was scared.. Its only been 2 weeks since I was weighed and lost 7lbs. The Dr came in and got on the U/S machine and instantly saw the heartbeat! We saw the baby's profile, and hands and fingers, and feet. At first the Dr thought he saw a girl, but later said he really couldn't get a good look. The amazing thing was that he saw no trace of the fibroid! The baby measured exactly on the day I am on and crown to rump measured right on target too. I was crying on the examine table ( well teary) because it has been so long since we've seen a baby alive on the U/S screen.
Thank you so much for praying for this baby and me. I go for my Level 2 U/S on Ap 16th. My dh won't be in town on that day. Please continue to pray for a full term baby, thank you so much
