I am praying for you and your family. Hang in there, please. You can get through this, I know you can. Please trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. God's plan is perfect, even if never easy, and even if we can't understand it. May you be blessed in some special way today, as only He can bless you. And may you find comfort in knowing you are loved, and being prayed for by people who love you here.

Praying for you dear Paula.
Your story reminds me of a sister I read about who was very misunderstood, she suffered at the hands of others and would have liked things to be cleared up. God let the deeds of others speak to their hearts. The persons who were doing the wrong eventually turned their hearts from sin. Not fun though eh? Why does evil seem to triumph? I don't believe it truly does, but it seems to sometimes.
I have read this story over and over again in the lives of many saints, I was thinking of Josepha Menendez, then I thought of Catherine Aurelia Caouette, Bernadette Soubirous, then Padre Pio, St. John of the Cross, St Teresa of Avila, etc... It seems like such a common story. I am so very sorry that it is affecting your children.

Paula, I'm praying, too. Remember Abraham. God asked him to sacrifice his only son, and his *faith* is what God honored. He had the faith that God would resurrect his son, if necessary. Have faith that God can work miracles, even when the situation seems hopeless.
