Thank you all so much for your kindness and prayers and thoughts. I have finally had some sleep and it is amazing how I feel like a human being again! My virus is gone and I feel so much more like myself. My OB had me take Unisom for 2 days - as preterm labor had started - this helped me break the cycle and get hydrated.
For all the other expecting ladies - things I can recommend that seem to be working a little - liquid Calcium Magnesium, homeopathic Calms Forte and Weetabix with warm milk before bed!
