I haven't been well since Ash Wednesday but now I've come down with a full blown cold that has settled heavily on my lungs..with it migraine type headaches..I would be grateful for any Ave's at present.

Dear Anne - I have been praying for you for the last couple of days - I emailed you but found I had never sent it (tired brain!) - I am praying that this just passes quickly - you have had such a rough few months. I offered up my very tough night last night for you.
We had a huge pot of Sally Fallon chicken soup for dinner - wish I could have sent you some! Keep up the hot liquids and elderberry.
