Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Tonight Hillbilly Spaghetti Pie is on the menu. I need to make both green beans and brocoli since I did not make either the past two night , I think I'll just chose the broc and try my best to make a salad.

As for the other meals......it is every person for themselves!

Probably chicken tetrazzini and broccoli. It's one of our busy nights.

Corned beef and cabbage with my quick biscuit bread. My son asks for it every year on his bday. And cheesecake for his bday cake.

Pork chops with rice and green beans. Lunch will probably be sandwiches as we have therapy all day today.

French food for the feast day: beef bourgignon, baguette, salad, sorbet for dessert (although at mass this morning I started thinking about mousse ), I may throw in some cheese (brie) or French silk pie.

Pot roast in the crock pot, baked potatoes or rice and some veggies and salad. Low maintenance.

It's the busiest day of the week for us.

Dinner: Tacos with all the fixings.

Lunch: Out with friends, no doubt some sort of fast food.

Breakfast: Cereal, toast, and eggs.

Breakfast was toast and jam.

Lunch was pizza.

Dinner is herbed crock pot chicken and beans, rice, salad and sauteed veggies (I think zucchini, peppers, and mushrooms).

For dinner we're having a very veggie-packed lasagna that dd13 (a vegetarian) dreamed up. It took an hour to put together, though, so the most we'll be adding to the meal is a salad.

Peace,
Nancy

Breakfast: peanut butter on WW bread

Lunch: smoothies and ham sandwiches

Supper: Stouffer's lasagna and salad

I needed a day off to put this house back together. We were gone most of yesterday and it was a huge mess!

I'm so glad to see this thread. It's 3 o'clock and I still don't know.

Well, I better go to my favorite stand by -- spaghetti, green salad, and garlic bread.
