Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We had Rachael Ray's "Super Sloppy Joes" and steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Thursdays are Bible Study night for my DH, so we always have to have something quick!

Rachael May, I LOVE fish tacos! I've never tried making them at home though...but I wish I was at your house tonight!

Many have mentioned rice as a side with their meals. How do you make/eat this? Just plain, make a separate sauce, with butter? What do you use to season it?

I can't stand the taste of rice by itself. I would love any ideas to make this better.

Thanks!
Michelle

We had rice tonight with Cube Steaks and all I did was use beef stock instead of water. It was YUM!

You really don't want to know. I believe Louisiana has the highest rate (or at least one of the highest) of heart disease in the nation.

Sauces is a mild word to use. We basically drown our rice in gravy.

And, I forgot to mention, we eat rice at almost all our meals.
