just thinking about it. Plus I lived in Africa as a child where things like tape worm and pig farms were a reality. 
Maybe I am going back to just the bacon. The Wellshire Farm bacon is healthy I think and so is Applegate organic ham. There is a farm Polyface which delivers locally for their aerator pork - just never got organized enough to order.
