Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Grilled (ok, baked actually) cheese sandwiches and tomato soup (boughten, not homemade). Spinach salad for those who will eat it. Fruit.

I can already tell you we will love it--it's standard Friday fare!

Me too.

I would love to see one for lunches - I am feeling so uninspired with weekday lunches.

Well, here it is 4:00 and I haven't really thought about dinner until now! I really, really need to grocery shop this weekend.

But, I think that tonight we'll have broiled Tilapia, macaroni and cheese, and a green salad.

I'll second this! I need some ideas for lunches because I plan the same thing practically every week and we really, really need to stop eating lunch meat.

I second this!!! Fridays are usually our big errand day so tonight is pasta and salad night (if I have salad fixings) or any kind of veggie that I have in the fridge.
