Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Tacos, I think. Homemade WW tortillas (get to use my tortilla press for the first time!). The usual toppings--cheese, avocado, tomato, greens, corn, sour cream...

We had our dessert (leftover apple-raspberry crisp) at lunch so we'll probably just have fresh fruit with it.

Now that I've committed, I had better get the ground beef out to begin thawing!

Loved the blog (and will be trying that recipe!). Her kitchen...wow!...I think I'd cook all day in a room like that!!!

Tuscan Bean and Sausage Stew (one of our favorites from Saving Dinner) and biscuits, with chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

That's cool - you'll have to let us know how that works out. I'm curious.

Wednesdays are piano days and we get back late so Garlic Chicken Pizza on a Mama Mary's pre-made pizza crust is about all I can handle. It is our usual Wednesday fare but the kids really love it. They say it is better than Papa Murphys, Pizza Hut or frozen pizza hands down.
