I can't tell you how thankful I am right now. Our sweet Lily is playing right now, at home, full of sass as she tries to dictate to her brother what should be on TV (and that should be Baby Signing Time). The ENT that did her airway surgery was very hopeful (and encouraged me to be as well) that Lily could get her trach out without the extensive surgery that Lily's big brother needed. Oh...can I even dare!!?!?! She has a plan, we will start trying to cap Lily's trach in a few weeks, gradually building up time...and then maybe by March, or sometime this Spring, they'll do a trial decannulation (getting trach out).
Well...it is all in God's Hands....and right now,at this moment, I am so thankful Lily did amazingly well, and I appreciate your prayers more than I can say.

Such wonderful news. We are rejoicing and keeping on praying for that trach to be able to come out. Get some rest now friend - enjoy some tea and chocolate - even though that Jamaica weekend is never going to happen!!!
