We are having homemade "left-over" soup for dinner...otherwise known as...what is left in my refrigerator and needs to be eaten before it turns into a science project!

As for a salmon recipe, it sound unusual, but tastes delicious:

Place salmon in aluminum foil and cover with maple syrup and teriyaki sauce or soy sauce. Close foil and bake...it is delicious.

We ended up having the Ranch Chicken, with Crulsty Potatoes, corn, cheese muffins, and some no-bake cookies.
