Bella, praying for you. I hope it's not an issue all these hours later, but we have payment plans for emergency room visits -- I hope you won't let that put you off from treatment for this or anything else important. Could possible infection be a risk from not treating this ASAP, as well as the pain?

Update....
Thank you for your prayers, and offerings.
I had x-rays taken today, and will have minor(hopefully) oral surgery Wednesday AM.
Decay had entered the space between my veneer and tooth, along with gum tissue. I am starting a round of antibiotics, and am taking ibuprofen. I just cannot tolerate pain meds. The pain is bad, but I will make it.
Please pray for the bones around my roots, that the surgery remains minor, and I am able to have a temp. tooth asap. Oh, yes, also for the financial end of all of this.
I am offering up my sufferrings for all of those who have asked for prayers, and will continue to do so.
Chari,I'm sorry about your dental woes, too. Thank you, for mentioning the saint I need to ask for intervention.

I'm so sorry, Bella! Praying that all goes well and that the intervention necessary is as minor as possible. Praying for the pain too. :-(

Oh, not being able to take strong pain relief for dental pain like that sounds like some very real suffering! Praying for your various related concerns.

Having had major surgery on my jaw two years ago, I understand dental pain and fears... I just saw this thread and will keep you in prayer this morning. Hope it all turns out in the best possible way for you.

Praying Bella, thank you for the update. My husband's front tooth popped out earlier this year (it was a permanent false tooth welded to the tooth next to it) but it turned out to be a blessing because he had infection in the bone as well (from a site where a root canal had been removed as the original root canal had an infected cyst sitting above it, the bone had obviously not grown back properly allowing infection to set in again) he had started to get a couple of heart palpitations again before it fell out and that explained it. They put in a temporary tooth and when he put it in each morning he would first rub Swedish Bitters onto the gumline that was still sore (as there was a worry of it not healing for a 3rd time) - he kept doing that until the permanent was put in and it was still a little sore... then one day, this muck came through the gum and it has not been sore since, so I think the swedish bitters helped it heal and encourage the bone to grow from the inside, which is so very important!
Praying that this shocking ordeal will have a similar blessing in it for you because it certainly was not good for that infection to be sitting there, unnoticed.
