And it is the EVE to All Saints Day, as I remember Frank Duffy (founder of the Legion of Mary) said that there is something very special about eve's of a big feast. I am sure this well prayed for, well loved baby will live up to this feast day that she has arrived on, all the days of her life.

Congratulations, Elizabeth! Halloween is such a great day to have a baby! Welcome little Sarah Anne. What a beautiful name for a beautiful baby.
I was so excited to see the news. I wasn't expecting it so soon. She just didn't want to stay put. I bet she heard all those siblings and couldn't wait to come out and meet them and her parents.

Congratulations! So glad to hear she was so big! I assume she is breathing on her own and all is fine? (My Joey born at 32 wks. was breathing on his own, ironically---they said due to the stress, his lungs developed earlier.)

What wonderful news to wake up to! I was talking to my dh last night about Elizabeth and the baby and told him that she was at just about the same point in her pregnancy I was when I had the twins. "Oh," he said, "she'll be fine then, and the baby will be about the same size as the twins were." And he was right! Her weight is right exactly in between the birth weights of my twins. I remember that 5 pounds looked so tiny, but my guys were breathing on their own and gained weight so fast.
I will be praying for a quick recovery!
